Anatomical Adaptations
The body of animals is covered with hairs, scales, feathers, shells or spines.
These help the individuals to stay warm, protect the organisms from predators, make the organisms waterproof or protect the organism from damage.
Camouflage is a protective adaptation. The body colour of an organism allows it to blend in with its surroundings.
